Please stop by our school at 459 West King Street in York City; and our friendly staff will guide you through the enrollment paperwork. Or, if you prefer, we can mail a packet to your home. A checklist of materials needed are listed below. The originals must be brought to the school for copying. The Enrollment Packet documents are also available for download below.

**Items You Will Need To Bring To The School**
1. Proof of Residency - this is a piece of mail addressed to you at the address in which you currently reside. This can be a utility bill, magazine cover or church bullentin. It must include your name and address. Mail from our school cannot meet this requirement.
2. Your Child's Birth Certificate
3. Your Child's Social Security Card
4. A Photo ID of Your Child - a previous school ID is acceptable.
5. Immunizations
