New Hope Academy Charter School follows a standard 180 schedule. The school day itself is longer than a traditional public school day. Last year, our school provided 1,137 instructional hours, which is 13% more than the minimum state requirement Over 97% of students and 90% of staff returned for the current school year. We are proud to have an Average Daily Attendance (ADA) rate of 93% for our students.*

We provide a curriculum that is aligned with the Pennsylvania Depatment of Education. Our design takes root in the successful model of High Tech High in San Diego, CA. This educational benchmark is recognized by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, YouthBuild USA, and several other educational advocates for its achievements. We have adapted the model for our students' needs and focus on Rigorous Academic Standards, Leadership Development, State of the Art Technology and Character Education.
